Today draw-down -$380 just and only because I have had on lunch sirloin steak with mash and mushrooms and that kill me for first hour. Next week again only vegetable and rice, finely I am happy because I am turn loss into profit without multi contracts.

Today it is long story. Firstly from work I am hit traffic, classical accidentos that was first clue to be very careful, second clue from God was death router and back-up wireless internet as well. When I am established connection I am saw after ages trending day on south so I am closed first long trade with loss however should been profitable and waited for two legs correction and lower high because there must been new low of the day, this is law. CL is very predictable market.

Today is perfect range day, problem is I know theory - buy/sell traps; double test range, short/long only on top or bottom of range but problem is I don't follow rules and rule number one is no trade is best trade, maybe next time. First loosing day after 13 wining days in row.

Today it is as well story. At 10:26 I am sat behind desk at 10:29 I am broke my almost new 32" curved monitor at 10:32 I swap for old flat 28" and saw sell out.

 

And here is trade before oil report on range, so yesterday taught me something- sell double test of range.

Very nice example of second entry short like from manual. Last Tue I have had loss -$830 just only and because I don't followed any trading rules and I am traded by emotions. My second attempt make another $5000 is now on value $2450. This round I don't remember when I am last time cheated with stop loss or tried turn loss into profit thanks to multi contracts so after this round I get live because I felling I am almost ready.

Interesting trade is last one, there is huge break out trend line two measured legs on tick to the new low, higher low --> entry and two identical legs correction. Trader must know forward whats going on because moving was fast and when I am measured legs price just moved on entry/target.
